Since Garry first welcomed Pearl to our fleet in 2021, we’ve been dedicated to creating an inclusive environment that pairs eco-friendly transportation with accessibility. We take the time to understand your specific requirements as we arrange your journey, ensuring that every passenger experiences the same level of care and attention.

Our Tesla Fleet Accessibility

Stardust Charters operates a fleet of Tesla electric vehicles that support a variety of accessibility needs:

  • Tesla Model X (Snow White): Features Falcon-wing doors that open upward, creating additional space for entry and exit, particularly beneficial for those with mobility considerations. Snow White is particularly well-suited for guests with mobility requirements, featuring ample space while maintaining the luxury experience all our guests deserve.

  • Tesla Model Y (Ruby & Frosty): Offers a spacious cabin with easy entry and comfortable seating.

Mobility Aids We Can Accommodate

Our vehicles can accommodate various mobility aids, including:

  • Folding wheelchairs
  • Walking frames and walkers
  • Mobility scooters (gophers)
  • Collapsible strollers

We regret that our vehicles are not equipped with a wheelchair lift, so passengers who cannot transfer from their wheelchair should arrange for a Maxi-Taxi service which is specifically designed for wheelchair access. Please inform us about any mobility aids you’ll be bringing when booking so we can ensure the most appropriate vehicle is assigned to your journey.

We supply complimentary child seats and booster seats upon request to ensure our youngest passengers travel safely and comfortably. All child seats meet Australian Safety Standards. We welcome families of all structures and compositions.
