For standard airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For weddings and special events, we suggest securing your booking 3-6 months ahead, particularly during peak wedding season (September-April). For corporate events, 1-2 weeks’ notice is typically sufficient, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability.
Absolutely! We believe in transparent pricing with no unwelcome surprises. Our quoted rates include GST, tolls, and all standard services. Unlike many services, we don’t add fuel levies, credit card surcharges, or booking fees. If your journey takes less time than expected, we’ll still honour the original quote rather than adding charges for a minimum hire period.
We accept all major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and corporate accounts with purchase orders. For weddings, we require a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due 1 month prior to the event.
For standard bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of service incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of service incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.
For wedding services, cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund, while cancellations less than 30 days before make the deposit non-refundable. Cancellations less than 7 days require the full payment. Full details are available on our Policies page.
Yes! While Perth is our home base, we regularly provide services throughout Southwest WA, including Margaret River, Bunbury, Busselton, and Mandurah. For longer journeys, additional charges may apply, but these will be clearly outlined in your quote.
Our carefully curated fleet includes three distinctive Teslas, each with their own personality:
Ruby - Tesla Model Y with a vibrant red exterior, ideal for corporate transport and small group tours
Snow White, our Tesla Model X, can comfortably seat up to 6 passengers with limited luggage, or 4 passengers with substantial luggage. Ruby and Frosty, our Tesla Model Ys, can accommodate up to 4 passengers with ample luggage space.
For larger groups or wedding parties requiring multiple vehicles, we can easily accommodate your needs. When booking multiple vehicles, we ensure consistent timing and coordination between chauffeurs for a seamless experience.
All our Teslas feature advanced climate control systems that maintain your preferred temperature throughout the cabin. The system includes HEPA filtration (similar to hospital-grade air purifiers) for exceptional air quality.
This is a common concern, but not something our clients ever experience! Our Teslas have a range exceeding 400km on a full charge, and we meticulously plan each journey to ensure ample capacity. For longer journeys, we incorporate rapid charging stops into the itinerary if necessary. Our vehicles are always adequately charged before your service begins.
Our Model Y vehicles (Ruby and Frosty) can comfortably fit 2-3 large suitcases in the rear boot plus additional carry-on luggage. Snow White, our Model X, offers even more space with room for 4-5 large suitcases, depending on their dimensions. For larger groups or extra luggage, we provide our luggage trailer service at no additional cost.
Yes, you’re welcome to enjoy food and beverages in our vehicles. For celebrations, we provide unbreakable glassware for safety. We simply ask that you take reasonable care. In the unlikely event of spills requiring excessive cleaning, a cleaning fee may apply as outlined in our policy.

Absolutely. Our chauffeurs are experienced in assisting brides with dresses, veils, and trains. We understand the importance of preserving the pristine condition of wedding attire and take great care during entry and exit from our vehicles.
Our wedding packages include waiting time between the ceremony and the reception. There’s no need to book separate trips or worry about the chauffeur leaving—we’re there for you throughout your special day.
Yes, we monitor all flight arrivals in real-time and adjust our pickup time accordingly for early arrivals or delays at no additional charge. This ensures we’re always there when you arrive, regardless of schedule changes.
For domestic flights, we provide 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight’s actual arrival. For international flights, we extend this to 60 minutes to accommodate customs and baggage collection. Additional waiting time is available at $30 per 15-minute increment if needed.
For airport arrivals, our professional driver will personally greet you inside the Arrivals Hall, holding a digital sign displaying your name. They will assist with collecting your luggage and accompany you to the waiting vehicle.

Absolutely! We operate 24/7 for airport transfers and understand that flight times often fall outside business hours. There are no additional charges for early morning or late-night services.
Bookings for airport departures should be timed so that you arrive at your terminal at least 1 hour before your Domestic flight, and at least 2-3 hours before your International flight. These recommended times may vary between airlines, so please check with your airline for up-to-date recommendations.
For example, if you live in Mandurah and are flying to Sydney on a 6am flight, we would recommend collection at 4am to allow an hour for travel and an hour for check-in. If you were flying to Bali on a 6am flight, we would recommend collection at 2am or 3am to allow an hour for travel and 2-3 hours for customs and check-in.
Yes, we offer corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, detailed reporting, and the option to set up authorised bookers within your organisation. This streamlines the booking process for regular corporate users.
We understand that business needs can arise unexpectedly. While advance booking is preferred, we make every effort to accommodate last-minute corporate requests subject to availability.
All our Teslas feature USB charging ports for your devices. While our vehicles don’t have dedicated Wi-Fi, the 5G connection in Perth is excellent, and our chauffeurs can provide mobile hotspot connectivity if required for urgent business needs.
Yes, we understand the sensitive nature of business discussions. Our chauffeurs are trained in discretion, and we’re happy to sign non-disclosure agreements for corporate clients who require additional confidentiality assurances.
Our vehicles are primarily recharged using direct solar charging at our facility. When on the road, we utilise renewable-offset rapid chargers throughout the Perth region. In cases where solar charging isn’t possible, our vehicles are charged with off-peak grid power and offset by our daytime solar exports.
Our Tesla fleet saves approximately 200g of CO2 per kilometre compared to conventional luxury vehicles. For context, a typical 50km airport transfer would save about 10kg of CO2—equivalent to planting a tree that’s grown for 6 months.

Our chauffeurs arrive professionally attired in business suits, are consistently 5-10 minutes early for pickup, and provide courteous, attentive service throughout your journey. They’re knowledgeable about Perth and Southwest WA, and happy to share information about points of interest if desired.
Yes, we can provide complimentary child seats and boosters that meet Australian Safety Standards upon request. Please request these at the time of booking and let us know the ages of children travelling so we can ensure appropriate seating is arranged.
All journeys include complimentary bottled water, USB charging ports for your devices, and climate-controlled comfort. For longer journeys or special occasions, we can arrange additional amenities upon request.
We’re so confident in our punctuality that we offer a guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that we’re late for your pickup, we’ll refund your first hour if the driver is more than 15 minutes late.
For short distances, hiring a chauffeur can be more expensive than taking a taxi. However, chauffeurs generally price their services per hour or distance bands, which can work out more affordable when travelling across town compared to taxi rates based on both distance and time.
Price should not be the only consideration when choosing a transportation provider. Chauffeurs excel at delivering a safe, professional and punctual experience which cannot be matched by a low-cost service.
At Stardust Charters, we provide baby and child seats on request. Our Tesla Model X is large enough to carry most walkers, foldable wheelchairs and mobility scooters (gophers). However, our vehicles are not equipped with a wheelchair lift, so wheelchair-bound clients should instead arrange a ‘Maxi-Taxi’.
