Our Tesla Model X can comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers plus your chauffeur, while our Model Y accommodates up to 4 passengers. For larger groups, we can arrange larger non-electric or multiple electric vehicles with coordinated itineraries. All our tours are private, meaning you won’t be sharing your vehicle with guests outside your booking party.
Absolutely! While we offer suggested itineraries for popular destinations like Swan Valley and Margaret River, these are completely customisable. During the booking process, we’ll consult with you about your specific interests, must-see attractions, and any special requirements. Even during the tour, you can adjust the experience based on your preferences—whether that means spending more time at a favourite winery or adding an unplanned stop at a scenic viewpoint.
Our base tour prices include transportation in a luxury Tesla vehicle, professional chauffeur-guide service, bottled water, and tour planning. Tasting fees, meals, and attraction admissions are typically not included, allowing you maximum flexibility in your experience. We can arrange reservations at restaurants and wineries based on your preferences, and your chauffeur can handle payment for tasting fees on the day if you prefer (to be reimbursed later), creating a seamless experience.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for day tours and 1-2 months for multi-day experiences, especially during peak season (September-April). However, we understand that plans sometimes come together last-minute, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. For special occasions or very specific itineraries, earlier booking ensures we can secure preferred venues and experiences.
